Tree Trimming Request Form

If you notice a City tree near your property or in a City park that needs to be trimmed or that appears to pose a safety hazard, please use this form to report the problem.

Tree trimming requests will be responded to within 10 working days. If your request involves an immediate threat to health or safety, please call the Public Works Department at (562) 916-1220 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours, on weekends or on a holiday, call (562) 860-4018.
